I have no vendor (yet, anyway), but if you want to send me a tell or drop me an email I can whip out some custom pets for you. I have a decent example set from cl30ish to over cl50in my (public) house on Lok, but there is no shuttle to the town right now so it's a bit of a PITA to visit. I can send you a WP if you'd like to see previous work as well.
