Thread: Are we bugged. please help

Hi all fellow BE.
I have been a master BE for about 2 months now in Bria, i can make some really good pets upto about lvl 58 with 12k ham, good resists and damage of around 500. I do nearly all of my DNA sampling on Dathomir like you all probably do......Can someone please tell me if we can actually take DNA samples from the likes of gnarled rancor, mutant rancor and the bull rancor. I can get up close to them without a problem but i can get anything upto 30 fails when trying to collect there DNA. I seem to remember bein able to collect from them, or maybe i am mistaken and i never could.

It has been about a week since I have been on Dath, but my last trip I was still able to sample the Mutants, Gnarleds and Bulls... I did not notice a success rate change from other trips. In fact I was quite pleased with my results. I have had days where nothing I did seemed to work right and it was a complete waste of time. All I can say is, hang in there... maybe you are just in a slump.

i read somewhere today that you can only sample DNA upto lvl 75 is this true

It seems to be true. Since publish 6, I've never been able to sample anything with a higher DL than a mutant rancor. However, you can MAKE higher than 75. I made a level 76 pet with only two mutant samples and one sample as low as level 56. The recipe and all the exact details are under the "Creature Recipes" thread.
