Is lvl 23 the high or the low, it is extremely difficult to make a specific CL so give us a high and a low and it should make it easier on us.

I'll try to get as close as i can to what you need (might not be in the 400 damage, or not 60%, but will be 10k / 50+% / 350+ or higher, and you'll be able to use them as triplets.
