Now that there is no more AP ratings and since creatures seem to be lacking special resists Health vs. Armor is more cut and dry. A creature with 6000 Health and no armor has the same Effective Health as one with 5000 Health and 2000 Armor. It'll be interesting to see which has a larger impact on CL and in what ranges. I hope as things progress we dont end up gravitating to one kind. There is an advantage to creature B with regards to regeneration and healing, so it may balance itself out on the CL system.
