when you place a BE pet deed in a house, is it represented by the deed (small box) or does it look like what the pet would look like full grown?

Looks like the pet, in all it's full-size glory. Fortunately, they don't do any real damage to your ceilings and walls when various body parts stick out because they're bigger than your house.
