ok i know the 33/33/33 for fl/pe/oq isnt right but what are the right percentages folks?

Hey Genius. Here's a hint. For almost ALL B-E tissues there are three things that are taken into account equally. The first starts with an F, the second a P, and the third an O. Why do you think it isn't right?
