Not sure if the guide covers the actual process of getting to Novice BE. But Biological Effect Controllers and stims pretty much are the fastest XP gain.
One thing I will say is this: If you're finding the 21.5k Medical Crafting XP too rough then turn around now and dont look back
MBE requires 510k BE crafting XP and many people would say that thats the easy part.

Hey I am working on Novice Eng and I am going slower the ever getting xp. I was curious if there is a quicker way than making stim packs and Bio thingamgiggies? If so what do I need to get to do so?

The FAQ pretty well covers how to make master BE - if you're looking to do it quickly, read the sections for hologrinders, that is the most concise info on "getting it over with" available. Even if you are interested and planning to keep the profession, it is still the primary way for anyone trying to get there quickly.
