Thread: Science City?

Hello! I am a rather new BE and I have heard that in order to make better pets you need to be in a city with high science levels, or something of that nature. I was wondering how I find out which cities those are. Thank you in advance for any help you give!

I've tried research center and several of the other "bonus" cities, so far with no appreciable difference. This may help those that can use tapes and apply larger numbers of experimentation points, like doctors, for example, but for a BE it seems to make very little difference in pets, as we rarely use all our skill points to make them anyway.
I haven't done too much testing with the suppliments and tissues, as I find that material qualities are generally the limiting factor in anything except pet stims.
