I was a bio engineer for a little while, so i know how complicated the entire system is. But most the time I was making the non CH pets and mounts...so Im not quite sure what can be done for a CH who wants 3 attack pets.

The max CH can have is CL 70...so i guess each would have to be CL 23.

With that low CL its impossible to get light armor.

My question is...whats the best 23 with..

-Very high damage (Most important, damage 400+ possible? even higher?)

-Very high To Hit (good to be able to hit them)

-Ranged Attack

-Poison / Disease / Knockdown or Lunge (Each one with a different special...one with disease...one with poison...and one with something else handy like knockdown or intimidate)

After those are out of the way....HAM and resists are the only thing left...i know with super high damage it will be hard to get these anywhere good...but they arent so important.

Anyone have some clones with stats like this at 23? Or tried to play around with it some and good give some ideas what can be done?

You can get light armor into a lvl 23?? I thought min for that was level 30 after the invalid DNA thing a while back.

Also could the damage be made even higher then what i posted? to 500-600?

Whether they're the result of bugs or not we really cant tell any more but yes they can be made - I doubt you'll get damage much over 400 even sacrificing everything else purely because of the level of DNA needed to get such high damage - at that level it becomes hard to refine what you have down to the bare minimum.
there is no hard cap on the cl you can get light armour in, I've seen it reported as low as cl 9

I'd be surprised if you could get light armor, high damage (400+) AND high To-Hit all in 1 pet at CL 23. If other BE's have done this, I'd be interested in hearing how. Was the HAM extreamly low?

The health would probably have to be in the 7k range to get the damage above 350-400, and would take some generational work to do so. Light armor is easy at 23, but high DPS is not, and most BEs are probably not too familiar with making pets engineered for DPS, as the more common pet is used as a tank, and damage is secondary at best to the health, kinetic resist and armor.

Armor adds about 8 to the CL, so that means you are workign with stats suited to a CL 15 creature, which would be hard pressed to be that high in damage. If I were to attempt them, I would probably go for an "asymmetric team", one very high health/resist tank, and two configured with lower health and resists, in favor of the damage.

Remember that in wielding a team, you are already bringing a great deal more "raw damage" to the battle; assuming about 250 on the CL 24 tank and 350-400 each on the other two pets means you are possibly bringing over 1000 damage, which even at a more moderate to-hit percentage is a pretty respectable amount.

Don't let the top possibility in each category blind you to the total impact of the team. Yes, I have seen pets well below this level with 400+ damage; I have a CL 17 Cu Pa standing behind my vendor with 500 damage, though the speed and to-hit are nothing too impressive. The thing you want to do is look for a team that is well suited to the battle, not just one that has the highest possible number in each stat, as the right balance between those makes all the difference.

With just one beinga tanker it would be hard to manage them in a big fight so that the one i want is tanking.

I plan on being the main one being hit in fights, its easy to keep a monster on me and from turning on my pets. With 3 damage dealers though ...even in pvp it would be deadly (after change...creatures dont do much now with the super armor/buffs in game). If one dies, just go toss it a heal and revive it....if they keep attacking the pets, at least they are not attacking you (and I am more deadly then my pets could be!)
