I have noticed that I have been one stared much more recently and stoped and thought about it, and perhaps my remarks, comments and general bits of wisdom are no longer needed. I have also noticed that I seem to be the last to post in a great many posts and I thought maybe I am a post killer, we all know I am a Hijacker but I do not wish to be a post killer. I would like to add that I usually don't do this if it is a good post unless the prior posters have already nailed it.
So if you think I should stop or tone it down, post here, I am serious, i don't want to ruin the forum experience for anyone, and if I am out of line I would like to know...
Rules:
1. Be Nice
2. I will not flame or respond unless asked a question specifically
3. Do not be afraid to say what's on your mind that is why the forum exists.
4. If general concensus if for me to cease and distiss then I will keep to my self and only answer when I have new knowledge to share.

Well, to be honest I've not seen much new here since March. Your comments, witty or otherwise, add something extra to the ho-hum of the boards. Couple that with my usual "heck with them if they can't take a joke" responce, and I think you're doing fine.

We love ya Gil (lol). But seriously, the best piece of advice I can give you is to turn off the stupid star system. I did that a few months back and it's *so* much nicer not to have to worry about all the 1-stars.

GMANHAHANSNSA don't worry about the stars...
they only thing that they'll do is make it harder to get a better forum ranking..
jedi master - 4 years in the community and a 3 star average
just ignore the "one-star ninja" cause he's prolly just jelouse of your really long name

I did that originally, but then I got tired of not being able to express fully how i felt about someone ... so followed the one star plague...

Everything BE is pretty well spelled out in the FAQ. There really is nothing new going on in the BE forum.
You get the "why do chefs hate me" threads every so often andthe "let us sample blood" thread a couple of times during the year. Mainly it is the "I want to buy +88 BSN" and the "can u make me a CL10 with 10K HAM" posts.
I come to the forum when I'm bored at work. I enjoy reading an entertaining thread. Rant fests just bore me further. Most of what you post is entertaining if not informative. Some of it is unnecessary but, everyone has made an unnecessary post once or twice, even Shaft.
I wouldn't let the one star bandit bother you. The star system is juvenile at best. It is completely meaningless at it's worst.

Well, thank you all for your feedback... I don't really care about the rating, but some people do mean what they star... so to speak, and if I was being annoying to my fellow BE's than I would cease.... all that being said... My Work has strict internet security and it has discovered me
so... so all the SWG sites that I frequent are now blocked... this is my second location at work... (two jobs same company) and here I was able to sneak in signed on.... at the first I can look but can't touch... so you may not be hearing from me anyway.
So incase I lose this one too, it's been fun good luck and I hope they screw something up big in Publish 12 so Thag can have some actual BE issues to read about. Sticks and stones may break my bones but stars will never hurt me. Again stars did not concern as much as wondering who was behind them... i.e. if Archie Bunker and Haddock the Great were doing it then I am causing more harm than good. It was that combined with being the last poster in a large amount of posts that made me wonder if I was killing them.

Loose Ends:
SHAFT! I don't think they deleted my posts, but I usually only frequent the forum Wed-Fri night and Saturday 10-5. So post count stays low.

I seen this go on in some of the gamespy forums . Far as should you stop that's all up to you cause there's only 2 people that could make you stop no matter what 1. yourself & 2. the moderator's . I'm also a bio'enginer but would respectfuly like to see some post's that really does fall under what should be posted in the be prof forum . I'm not saying what ya got going is wrong but just would be really nice to see something posted thats in relation to the be forum .
