Thread: Can BE Tissue Null out skilltapes?

Hi,
I was wondering if BE tissue clothes can null out skilltapes ? Also is it possible to make a plus 16 Warcry Tissue for clothing?

say you get a phat lewt clothing attachment:
Warcry +16
2-handed melee speed +15
you say to your self: "crap! I want that speed mod to stick!"
so you call a master BE and have him make a the shirt with a warcry mod GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO +16 and BAM!speed mod will stick. and you've got yourself an ubar phat shirt with a leat skilz modzor in it! /cheer you
so to answer your question, yes BE mods will cancel out mods like this...

Here I thought all BEs were night owl weirdos, like me.
On a side note, +16 warcry/intimidation is easily doable, I'd recommend shopping around for +18.
