Our beautiful new city in the most convenient location on the map (THE MIDDLE!)and gets enormous traffic from hunters and smugglers - especially those fighting in the nearby Squill Caves.

There is enormous demand for special stim backs, bio-engineered pets and material - the community if suffering from a lack of these!

So, as a mayor who listens to his citizens, I have decided to hire and appoint a Chief Bio Engineer who will be invitedto live in our city, given a free House and Mount and, after!
