Many things cannot be done on a mount.
Such as DNA Sampling.
And Combat Special Moves.
And sex.

The devs only made mounts for sitting

and having fun...
could just usea macro:
________________
/dismount;
/pause 1; <---to give you time to teleport back to your mount ( w t h? )
/sampledna;
/pause 1; <---to give you time to target your mount after sampling starts
/mount;
________________
i havent tried this specifically, but i use asimilar macro for harvesting. what i want to know is, if i can teleport why do i need a mount?
