I'm not a BE but can BE's sample from Peko Peko albatrosses. They have medium armor?

I may be mistaken but I believe that a peko peko albatross is above level 75 which is thehighest a Master BE can sample. Therefore, Pekos are no longer sampeable. A long time ago they used to be sampleable(Is this even a word? lol) but even then they are rare and not easy to come by.
