Seething Bol's yield 65% kinetic, 35-45% energy (can't quite think of it off-hand at the moment.. might be 45%) BUT, AR0 (despite they themselves having medium armor).

Anyway, I'm looking for samples with the highest %'s for both kinetic and energy (electricity would be nice too, but less-important). Just look'n to replace a PvE tank of old.

If anyone's found excellent sources, please reply with creature type.
