After about 4 generations, I had finally gotten my critter down to clvl 12. I managed to get 4 samples from it and the 5th I used some dna from a clvl 13 filler pet. I figured that this last combo would give me clvl 10, with a pet with approx 4k ham and 50% kinetic, but no, crit failure on the last template combine. Second time this evening, that has happened as I approached the clvl 10 limit. Between sampling and critter crafting, I lost several hours worth of work with nothing to show for it
