Thread: What do I need if I just want to make pets?

I am thinking of going BE but I don't want to master it. I just want to make pets. What is the minimal training I can do and make all pets except for master ones? Just Cloning IV and DNA IV?

And Engineering Techniques 4 if you want to make any kind of decent pets. Otherwise you'll only have 1 experimentation point.
