I didn't feel like reading through 10 pages of "when"'s, so I am not sure if this specific point has been brought up. Obviously we can't expect the developers to give us a date for all of the changes we've been promised. They should be able to tell us however what will be implemented in the next update. They have to know by know what changes will be made in the next update if they are going to be sending it to test server in the next couple of weeks. This would satisfy most of us. If they haven't made it into this next publish then telling us now will avoid alot of backlash and frustration from our proffession. Don't get me wrong it will still make us angry that we have been pushed aside for marketing (read vehicles) reasons, but in the long run being honest with us will avoid the severe backlash if we have to find out that we've been pushed aside again only when we se the TC notes. If we know that were at least 2 publishes away from being fixed alot of us might decide to presue other classes untill then. After all we need to master quite a few to open that FS slot.

This brings up an interesting point, but these people are right. While we want to know when we will see this, we don't need a specific date or anything. Just throw us a frickin bone once in a while?

Im also a developer and thats just complete BS - I know you are not saying as per y our own opinion, but based on how the dev's provide us with info, so understand its not directed at you. But its one of my current ***edit*** with sony. The only time we are not able to give a timeframe on anything we do is when its beyond our control. If we have another section that requires modification ie networking not coding, or if we have to rely on someone else to finish before we can start ours.. even then we can get a timeframe for scen A so we will know when B starts again this is beyond our control.

I do support your request.

Lets look at the scenarios for why we're hearing nothing -

1) Its not done - He doesn't want to take the heat he'll get after telling us.

2) Its done - He's ... on vacation?

Either way, I'm jumping on the next MMORPG that comes out.

Good point Authur. If they post and tell us that it's going to be another month, or two, or three...then at least we would have a better idea of what to do with that time. At least then those of us who are tired of waiting around for the carrot can go do something else for awhile and leave this board to the hologrinders and to those who are young enough to still enjoy the class. After the initial riot fest, the board should settle down into something a lot more peaceful. Honesty is the best policy here.

I think this point has been made, but it's worth making again.

The fact is that we've gone from 'next majorpublish' to complete silence. The question of when is basically asking one simple question... Is it worth us waiting? The designer knows this, I actually think that he doesn't want to reply because the changes are gonna take alot longer to come in. As long as people don't know for sure there will always be hope, that is very scary since if there was good news he'd want to find a way to avoid what is slowly becoming a volatile situation.
