128 has been done with DNA that can't be sampled anymore. The highest CL that can be crafted AND USED by a CH is 70.

yeah i know what a ch i can use but whats the point of being able to make creatures that cant be used. you cant even get dna from them can you so whats the point?

You can get DNA from up to 75. As far as "what the point is", you'd have to ask the devs.

oh i didnt know you could get dna from higher than 70. i was told 70 was the cap after i tried to get dna from a giant kimo and wondering why i kept failing after trying for 30mins.
