Haha! It's not as easy as that. A lot of BEs are protective of their recipes. If you use the search function of the forums, you can find recipes to get you started, and some for really strong CL10 pets too.
Also it depends on what you mean by a 'good' CL10 pet. There are so many variations that you can do that you can't really make one to suit all needs. There will be people who want specific specials. One recipe would not deal with all the possible combinations.

I think my CL 10 recipe makes pretty good pets. (Voritor Dasher = VD, Huurton Pup = HP) VD/VD/HP/HP/HP with physique experimented fully results in a 5k/3k/1k HAM pet with 14% kinetic resistance. As I said, this is a good CL 10 PET.. No where close to being a CL 10 warrior or tank.

voritor dasher/voritor dasher/nightspider/nightspider/nightspider - 2 experiment points in physique 1 in prowess - 6k/3k/2k ham iirc with intim and a mild poison usually and 15% kinetic resist.
voritor dasher/voritor dasher/lesser plains bol/lesser plains bol/lesser plains bol - 4 points in physique comes out at 5k/2k/2k on average with crap resists and not very good specials.
lesser dewy dna is also good in place of the lesser bol and they have better resists too

vd/vd/sevorrt/sevorrt/sevorrt is another flavor, gives you intim special and decent HAM. If you feel really daring try VD/VD/Sev/GackleBat/Sev with VHQ in the Sev/GB and try to get stun/intim to come through - its harder than you'd think, I've tried a lot before.

You can make a real good level 10 pet with a 2nd generation clone.
Key:
MH=Merek Harvester
GSP=Greater Sludge Panther
MDH=Merek Deaths Head
Clone1: MH-GSP-GSP-GSP-GSP experiment physique and psychology to full and put 1 point into mind and action to balance out the creature's ham bars. Should come out as a level 20 something with 8k ham bars and about 100-110 damage.
Take 3 dna samples from this creature.
Clone2: GSP-GSP-GSP-GSP-MDH - Experiment aggression and psychology to full, put any remaning points into MIND. This should come out with a level 16'ish creature with low ham bars (3 to 5k ham bars) and 300-310 damage with strong poison+strong disease attacks.
Take 2 dna samples from this creauture.
To create your level 10:
Put clone1 dna samples into the first 3 slots (health,action, mind) and the clone2 dna samples on the physiology and aggression. be SURE to put the highest quality dna samples into the physique slot (for clone1 dna) and on psychology slot (for clone2 dna).
Experiment fully on psychology on this 2nd gen clone and try to balance out the ham bars with 1 pnt experimenting. This varies since it all depends on the quality of the dna you used to make clone1 and clone2 and the quality of dna you took from them to make the 2nd gen clone.
Usually I end up with pets that have 400 points in physique, 300 in dexterty and about 220 in mind. so I experiment 1 point in dex and mind and put the rest in psychology..resulting in a near 400 to the ham bar stats and high dependability (which lowers level).
And you will end up with a level 10 pet that has around 7 or 8k ham bars (not the usual 8k/4k/1k level 10 pets which are really useless imo) with about 40% kinetic resists, has strong poison and strong disease and damage of about 150-160.

Tacwraith I tried to follow your receipe but the second clone came out CL 27 instead of 16ish and the final clone ended up being CL 21 7k / 6k / 6k HAM with 43%kin, 170-180 damage with the Poison/disease specials.

that one is easy
gsp=greater sludge panther
sgd= savage guf droig
mh=merek harvester
gsp/gsp/kima/sgd/kima
physique and pshycology to full
get at least 3 samples from the creature you make
then mh/mh/gen1/gen1/gen1
physique and pshycology to full again
one non ch tank

I use the voritor dasher sevorrt combo. Experiment physique to get hardiness around 350 - 380. It is an easy one shot recipe for a CL10 animal with around 6K health, 14% kinetic with intimidation. No second gen, no voodoo dances around the computer. You can churn these out by the bucket load very easily.

I use the voritor dasher and nightspider to make a decent 5k/5k/2k HAM CL 10 pet with crippling strike/poison and a 10-14% kinetic.

HAHA The one star bandit strikes again...
Funilly enough...those who gave recipes got 1*d, and those who didn't give any recipes (like myself)got 1*d.
Looks rather indiscriminate to me
Like someone went down the ENTIRE thread and 1*d every one.
I normallycan figure outwhy people 1* or 5* people, but in this case its a bit...random.
