SellingChef/Tailor tissues can be very profitable. You'll really have to have some support getting resources for the first few batches if you're going to be making quality tissues. Harvesting your own high quality flora and wood is essential and you'll need a lot of credits to buy some good meat. But overall, yeah.. Tailor/Chef tissue selling is a great way to make money if you know how to craft and how to operate a business.

I easily go through about 200k of meat in a slow week. In a heavy week, when I have enough meat
I can use up to about 600k. (15 factories, 2 runs each)
The biggest problem with Chef tissues is not demand, its getting enough meat. If u offer a good service, and can put down some harvestors on short notice (Get on a spawn as quickly as poss), then the only thing that will slow you down is meat. (You could say time, but tbh there isn't much time needed to make Chef tissues, except for organising hunters)

am i established enuf to answer?
in my last 4 months as be i cleared 4-5 mil easy, that was from 1 large chef run 1 smaller one, 7 or 8 tailor runs and actually selling a lot of decent pets at reasonable prices. pet stims you can make a sale once in a blue moon but its not really worth the time, i do one run and sell em for 2k each on the bazaar usually

70k wont last you very long at all, thats only enough for 3runs of chef nutrients. I can go through 70k in half a week. If you're only concerned with making money, then crafting is the way to go, you'll never make the kind of raw cash you make with tissues doing pets; they're just too time-intensive, low-output and niche marketed. Pet stims is an even weaker market, and fish is harder to get by far than generic meat.

I have been operating a be shop for a month and as of right now I have 20 mil in the bank as profit with about 15mil in product on my vendors and another 10 mil in unused resources to make more....not sure where that puts me in money making, this is my first character and only profession I have pursued...

You can make plenty of money as a BE selling chef and BE tissues, it just isnt going to happen overnight. For starters you need to harvest your own flora and wood. When that spawn of all 900's flora comes along you need, in my opinion, AT LEAST 10 ber 13's on it, more if you can get some friends to help you out. You're going to be spending a lot of time at SWGcraft.com.
Next you need to enjoy hunting, cause in the begining you probably wont have enough credits to buy all the meats you would want to. By hunting your own meat you save yourself A LOT of money. Also, don't be trapped into the mentality that if it isnt Dathomir Carnivore Meat its not worth hunting. Sure, rancors drop lots of meat, but not everyone can kill them. Over the course of months of advertising bounties for meat spawns you slowly start to collect a loyal following of hunters, and not all of them are TKM's and what not. If the stats are good on a meat, offer something for it. Sure, you probably won't collect 200K+ of the spawn, but even if you only harvest/buy 20K or 40K thats still a couple factory runs of chef additives. I personally think in stacks of 5K for meat (10 crates being the minimum most chefs want to buy).
And Tailor tissues, while you dont sell nearly as much volume as chef tissues, are very profitable. You don't know how many times I've had Tailors gushing to me how much they loved my vendor cause I always have every tailor tissue stocked. Don't whine that the resources are hard to get, just get them! You don't need 15,000 eggs to make a full factory run of Enhanced Myoflexes (God, I wish!). But if you can get 390 eggs, thats one whole crate right there. Its a lot easier to get several small stacks of eggs then one huge one. You'll be running off a lot of small runs of tailor tissues, but as long as theyre on a vendor and your galaxies Tailors now of you I guarntee you'll get business.
Advertise. Its important. You can have the best selection in the galaxy on your vendor, but if no one knows about your vendor than your not making money. And as much as people HATE it, starport spamming is the best method. I set my pauses at 90 seconds, this way Im not driving people crazy with repeated messages which usually leads to them putting you on their addignore list. Register your vendor in the BE vendors list here. Post in your trade forums. Let every Tailor and chef you see know that you have a BE vendor. Learn to ignore the idiots that want nothing but schematics from you. And every chef is going to want to cut some "exclusive" deal with you. Most of them time I ignore them. In my eight months as a BE I outlasted many, many a chef that gave me a hard time about tissue pricing and getting a discount for buying in bulk. I just reminded them that the meat and flora doesnt get any cheaper if they buy my stock in bulk or in single crates. I dont blame people for trying to get a discount, the ones who persist incessently get addeed to my ignore list (you will get a lot of use out of /addignore as a BE).
Just keep in mind that you arent going to be making the big bucks in the begining. It takes time to harvest all those resources and to establish a base of customers. It took me about three months before it got to the point where I didn't need to go out hunting at all. Granted, I still hunted meats like crazy cause thats what helps keep the profit margin up.
But after three months or so I was making at least 25 million credits a month give or take.
