Thread: Cl 65+'s with the new Damage Calculation Feature Technology™

Anyone else missing their CL65+ creatures with the new damage range calculation? MR/MR/MH/MH/MR with 3-4 points used to yield a CL69 with 550-560 damage or so. Now it comes out CL65 with damage of 455-600. I've used up a good amount of MR and YMPW DNA testing this out, no real insight so far. Anyone have any advice? Just keep pushing up the experimentation? Is 600 damage a cap now?

my last MR combine came out with, I think it was 470-650 or something like that, and yea, I think it was a couple CL's lower than normal. But I'm going to do more this week (got some new orders to fill). I really don't sweat the CL level like some people do. If it has the stats I want, and it's callable by my customer, that's good enough for me.

Hm. Good to know. I usually don't sweat the CL's and generally consider the lower the better, unless of course it's a request for a CL69-70 (which it was in this case). Thanks for the reply.

Here's what I do for that:

customer: "I'd like a CL 70 pet"
me: "ok, but they sometimes come out a few CL's lower, it will be between CL 65-70"
customer: "no problem".

Bria CHs sound like nice people - had someone complain at me for making them a CL69 pet instead of reaching CL70. His reply was: "Surely it can't be THAT hard". Told them to get lost, put it on my vendor and it was gone in the morning. Can't please some people.

It's for a friend so I'm trying my best to hit the mark. I offered up the 65 to another CH who said, "that min damage sucks." Guess he's used to seeing 550-560 instead of 450-600. sigh

That's exactly right. The thing about such creatures is that it will take me many hours to make, and it will take the person buying it only a small faction of that time earning the credits to buy it. And both he and I know that by me putting it on my vendor instead of selling it to him, it will be gone within an hour. So they simply have no leverage at all in terms of demands that I deem to be unreasonable.
