Saw a posting by Tiggs, seems they are looking to change mounts and she's asking for suggestions. Can anyone say "DNA sampling"?
Maybe mounts will make a comeback.

I'd like to see animal mounts compete with speeders better.
I'd really like to see eopies used as pack animals. If I can't ride one like they did in Ep. 1 then at least let me use it as a pack animal, even if it can only hold 10 items similar to a storage droid it would still be handy.

CHs have been asking for at least one flying mount for ages. Perhaps the devs will come through.
Oh, and unnerf the giant peko peko babies, too!

I wonder if the CURB is going to make pets viable again.
Remember the days of MCH with 2 Grauls running around? Those were the days of real pets.

I just hope the developers take their time and weigh the ideas for mounts very carefully.
Allowing an armorsmith to craft pet armor for mounts sounds like a super fun idea. In practicality if you put that armor on an "uber" CL10 animal with high kinetic and a ton of health you end up with a non-creature handler pet that rivals many animals available at the creature handler only level.
I'd like to see those elephant looking critters used as battle mounts though.

I'd like to see creatures that LOOK like they should be able to be mounts, able to be mounts, even if they are not available to non-CHs. A gualama should be able to be ridden. Even a Fambaa should be able to, they can carry around huge shield generators, why not a person?? Khrabu is another creature that you should be able to ride. I think one of the biggest problems with the mounts (other than they are so much slower than bikes) is lack of variety.

and destroy the already nerfed-to-Coruscant-and-back Creature Handler profession in the process.
