Ok, so I just started Novice BE today....
I am doing moderatly well i guess. got half my first DNA sampling box in a few short hours including pre reqs.
So I am trying to get more and bam. This happens:
I have like a total of 8 pages of this---- Clicky
I have nearly 8 pages of this. I wasn't afk or anything, I am just NEVER getting sample... from anything. I have a ticket in but I suspect it may take up to 32 hours for em to respond.... Help with your suggestions please.

Check your inventory.. it's probably full. This happened to me as well one time and it was extemely annoying. I thought I kept failing when in fact I couldn't have another DNA sample in my inventory. Rather than telling you that your inventory is full it gives you the failed sample message. Hope this helps!

Hmm.. Interesting.. What are you trying to sample? I know that you'll get the "failed to sample" message for things out of the CL 75 range. I doubt this would be the problem though...
Sounds like you're bugged..

I have tried what I have come to know as "trash" on four different planets.
I am not going after Rancors. Just another honest player trying to do BE. I have wasted an ENTIRE day on this crap and its slowly reminding me why I quit this game last time...... I really hope my CSR makes this up to me.... =(

Yeah sounds like you're bugged somehow. Have you tried restarting SWG, doing a full scan, or restarting your computer?

Yes, I kind of went through the run through. I have a feeling there is a problem with my account or this is just horriable horriable luck that makes the game just not fun to play.

As the other person asked, what are you sampling? Sometimes yard trash can be a higher level than what you may think.

go sample Dwarf Nunas - if you still get 100% fails, leave it until server restart and try again. There was a bug a while ago where it would think your inv is full when it is not and should fix after restart.

UPDATE: Got a CSR Out there. Actually kind of helpful. Made out a /bug report and everything for me.

I think the csr's are trying more, less people to support...I was crafting pets from a tool that was in my backpack. I was sitting in the cantina crafting like crazy when I realized I had made about 25 pets and none of them appeared in my inventory. Bah!! First csr said cant help you but I can replace your meat and floral. LOL, i basically replied no need to bother, this account is cancelled. Two days later, all the pets appeared.
Moral-be sure the crafting tool is in your main inventory window. Avoid the hassle.

That's kind of interesting. When this happened to me a few months ago, the CSR told me that they have "no control over bioengineer sampling" and then closed my ticket. I did not recover my ability to sample DNA until server reset.
