thanks for all the effort you put into that Dorelli. It is appreciated. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up where you left off very soon.

Mind and action will be 1000 on anything now. Before they up dated our CTL-C screens that's what we got too. If you hover your mouse pointer over the HAM bars of wild creatures you will see the same thing.
Mind and action aren't damage pools any more, and attacks only spend action now so that suff will be changed. Unless you can get a healing special in ther some how mind will never be used.
My guess is you have no reason to get anything but the health up on anything now. Hopefuly the amount of action spent on specials goes up and down so that you can have some variation.

Good job. I started the grind, but my clicker hand got cramps..lol.
I'm working on the scout, but I thought that was gone? Still in the requirements for now.

My theory is that the day that I get hunting 4, they'll remove the requirement, lol.

LMAO.. I wouldn't doubt it.
I'd almost prefer them to just make Explore 4 a requirement instead.. considering it already is pretty much.

Arthur - I killed small things around Bestine all last night and today to get hunting 4. Sheesh - I'm glad I'm done. I got novice BE. Novice BE did not add any levels nor did hunting 4, but I was level 5 at that point from unarmed so it might add up to 5 but no more than that.
DNA sampling. I thought was horrendous at novice BE. I had forgotten how bad this was. Managed to sample some animals on Naboo - flesh eating chuba's and diseased nunas. These had low quality to slightly better. One thing that surprised me was that the diseased nuna's special of mild disease didn't come on the DNA sample. I assume this is b/c of the poor quality?
Took them to the food/chem crafting station. I put them together into a template, expecting a fail. I was TOTALLY surprised when they did NOT fail and I had SIX experimentation points. I had forgotten that all the medical crafting we do to get BE - the organic chem branch - actually COUNTS for something. I threw the points into whatever I could and got the same sort of results that you'd expect on live for this kind of DNA as a template.
I put the template into a Kaadu. It came out level 8 with 211 health, 875 action, 606 mind. This is again, the same sort of animal you would expect on live with this DNA. I tamed it and it was fine.
The only difference I could see was that this animal, when I called it, showed it's health bar (was 21 b/c it was a baby but would have been 210 if it had been an adult), then where the action and mind would have been, it had 'full' stats of 1000/1000 for whatever those 2 bars mean (if anyone could explain I'd be grateful).
I did not try to group or fight with it as I was a bit bored with the whole thing by that point.
OK....this is what I think. I think we are now 'crafting-to-health' as the other bars don't seem to matter. On this I could very well be wrong and I am anxious to hear other people's experiences and thoughts.
I am now dropping testing I think, and will go back to live to prepare for:
- no meat being available
- needing to get TK before it the going gets difficult.
- might wait for frogs ...
