Seriously, it varies, depending on what other skills you have, perhaps the order you learned them, and proximity to the correct crafting station (and if that station is public or private). Pick a number, see what it does (and don't forget you can just type the command outside a macro), and take a look at your draft schematics to see how far off you are. Then test the new number.

what you have to do to find out is open a tool and then go /selectDraftSchematic 37 (paly with the numbers when you start getting other BE items you know your close) oh and caps do mater i think

/ui action defaultButton.I'd suggest adding a /pause 2 before it to allow enough time for your tool to open for the macro to select the schematic.

Works with anything.

of course it changes depending on whether you are standing by yourself, near a public crafting statiion, near a private crafting station, near someone with a droid with a food/chem station in it, if you learn more recipes that can be made with the same tool, perhaps from a completely different profession. And, even if i didn't change any of these, when i was grinding it seemed to just change from crafting session to crafting session.
