Thread: Doc soon to be BE crafter schematic analysis

The Dev's say all a Doc needs to craft is BE 0/0/0/4 but what boxes containthe schematics for the meds? are they in the BE 0/0/0/4 tree or do we need to take another tree for the schematics?

Secondly, where is the schematic for the most popular Chef Additives? Basically, I am trying to figure out if I need to master BE completely to make top quality Chef Additives as well as top Quality Meds. Everyone seems to agree that the master BE box has no crafting points in it, so why would anyone who is a BE crafteractually take the Master BE box now? Does it have the Chef Additive schematics in it or the tailor tissue schematics?

Thanks for any helpful answers.

From what I can tell from the trees a BE 0/4/0/4 should be the max for crafting additives and tissues. Is this analysis wrong?

In order to craft medical supplies all you need is 0004 BE. You will have all the experiment points available to you at this novice level. All the schematics are also in these boxes.

0400 is where the tissue products are located. Again, you will have all the experiment points and all the medical supplies at 0004, so 0404 will give you the most popular tissues, all the medical supplies, and all the experiment points. If you own a medical SEA you will have 12 crafting points.

Yes there are tissue products at the master level. INN's for chefs, fear release and tensile resist for tailors. Pet stim C's are also a master product. The most popular chef tissue is the broad spectrum nutrient which is available at 0300 BE. Therefore, 0404 BE is more valuable than mastering the profession.

Thanks for any helpful answers.

Hope that helps

Heya Tressth

Another Doc soon to be BE here . I just mastered BE two days ago.It wasn't that hard IMO,sampling was actually lots of funand adventure with my non-combatent char with novice marksman .After the CU it seems all medical schematics will be in 0004 and this is all you actually need to craft medical stuff. However, if you want to produce tissues too I think you have to go master since some of the BE schems are in the master box - at least they are now...

Personally, I went master BE - I already had to waste 29 sp on scout so there is no reason just to dable into BE when you can also produce some tissues... sorry to the established BE's of my server :-).

I don't think anyone really knows which additives/tissues will be the most popular ones after the CU yet, I guess it will strongly depend on what the most popular foods will be after the CU.

Welcome to BE as well from me.

Do you know ... I bet we get some really good pet-making tissue making fair-playing BE's out of all these doctors being FORCED to become BE's and then realizing how much fun it is !

Oh yeah. If these doctors take the time to enjoy the profession I'm sure, in time, they will be crafting very marketable pets. BE is not about profit. You can make the best chef tissue out there but the trick is to get a chef to pay for it.

Also, many chefs already dabble in BE. With the scout pre-reqs going away, the option for a chef to dabble just becomes that much more viable.

Welcome and have fun. That's what BE's all about. Don't get too caught up in the credits or you'll soon burn out.

Absolutely! The most rewarding thing in this game for me is whenever I've seen someone louging around playing with a pet I made.

Exactly why i enjoy the BE proffesion i have max my sample exp (2 days ago) and i have yet to sell a pet

I know from experience when you get to make pets is one of the most confusing things to do but the most rewarding.

My template is so useles to me in the point that i will never get rich but i truly enjoy what i do.

The game is suposed to be a way to have fun and relax and release stress (plz letz keep it that way)

If Doc has the schematics as a combat profession, and BE the crafter profession does not have them, then by the same logic a WS should be rifleman to be able to make T21, Pikeman to make LVA etc. They need to move all Doc/CM Schematics to the experimentation/assembly line of BE.

They did. And changed BE experimentation to medical. with the net effect of nerfing MBE to pet crafting and a few chef/tailor additives.
