so i get my lvl 60 all blue veermok a couple days ago with all the resists & armor just as i had put in the order to the master b-e (two b-e's actually, only one came through).
three weeks roughly in the making, 120k payed out on my end, countless hours put in on the b-e's side. i am 100% loving my new mch pet, so much that i message the b-e a few times that day to tell him how freakin cool it is.
oh, with one minor problem...
when i tamed it, it came out brown. WTH!
it looks the way it should when i accepted and examined the deed, it looks the way it should when i examine it in my datapad. when called, it's brown.
did a search, a couple people mentioned this happening. color not sticking.
so the question to the all mighty devs. will this be fixed? should i even bother contacting a csr?
my predictions on the response to this:
1) none whatsoever
2) sorry this post has been locked/deleted for being non-constructive/hostile
3) sorry, there is no way to show that what you see is not what you get
4) we'll look into it working as intended after more data is gathered
it's such a small small thing to go wrong with a pet, but that small small thing nearly ruins all the work (on both sides) put into the making.

Yeah i found this out the hard way too, the veermok colors simply don't stick which is quite annoying. There's probably other species that does it too.

All my red Rancors have lost color when tamed. As a statue they are fine but tame it and poof.

My orange bearded jax turned out grey. I though he looked awesome in orange. This sucks.

Ditto, I was sampling all the trash creatures outside keren today and making up creatures to sample from too. I made up an orange jax and thought it would look neat to have it follow me around for a few weeks. Stupid bugs, I WANT MY ORANGE JAX!!!

Hey, at least they're not like the droids. I'd hate to pull out a neon pink and and green kaadu one minute, and a blue and orange one the next. ![]()
