Some people will probably yell at me for how I price, so you may not want to listen. But I sell my nice CH pets (low lvl high ham with light armor and good kinetic) for 50k a pop, same with my uber non-ch pets. Furniture pets I use really really crummy templates that I buy off newbs and usually give em out, or sell for 10k tops (that is usually forced on me by the buyer, hehe).
Taylor tissues I sell for 35k per crate of 25 if they are good enough.
Chef tissues I am gonna go the route of selling schematics, probably 50-100k for a full schematic, or less depending on how many items they want to make and I will adjust the schematic accordingly. Easier on me that way, hehe.

I made a Price for a fictional pet with stats that would make a every CH shoot there parents if it was viable.
I then created a Formula for that price and broke the stats up into specifc % of that cost and then broke those up into sub formulas based on the specific stats.
Over all my formula roughly comes out to about 2k per cl.
here are is a example of the diffrent price groups you could use:
HAM Group
