Is there anywhere I can go to find a list of all the new BE tissues to be used to make additives, and the recipes (How much resources they take) ?

Yes, there is a sticky on the Chef boards that gives the additives. It is the food listing link, and at the bottom, you will find the BE stuff. Good Luck!
