ya i submitted a bug on a similar pet...apparently tortons how have 1000 fortitude which gives them medium armor...all in all i think i ended up making a level 154 kaadu from a torton port...the origional was level 19, son not quite sure how that happened. and then the dna had 170+ kinetic, energy, and blast resist (rofl) it was pretty funny, too bad those resists came out 0 instead of the 170's

Armor now adds 100+ level to any pet that has it. This is more than likely coded into the game to prevent pets with armor from running around untill they got around to fixing the BE pet making process.

I crafted a pet today on TC with DNA that would normally turn out a lvl 55 or 60 but yet in TC it gave me a lvl 160 which as we all know is a far cry from tamable. Oh and there are no speacials on any DNA ive gotten to this point. I hope they plan on fixing that. Guess i need to test my uber lvl 10 recipe on TC and see what happens with it, but im not feeling to good about that either.

i've found that You have to Add in "Junk" Samples in the Physiqueslot most of the time to produce a pet the Doesn't have armor....best usable pet i have done on TC is level 40....with stats less then that of the mounts on the frog.

I made an angler using nothing but yard trash, 4 worrt samples (level 3) and one womp rat (level 4). I experimented once on the physique (maxed out the one box) left prowess alone, and once on the mind.

I ended up with a CL11 animal

H 642

A 1019

M 552

resists were 1 across the board except vuln for stun and LS

Damage 90-110

How in the world do you go from CL3 to CL11?

The CL8 spat the frog gave me is a tank compared to this stupid animal. Just when you thought animal crafting couldn't get anymore confusing.

haha... that had to be a shocker. who knew tortons were so uber?

So those of us who have uber pets such as lvl 25-30's with ar1 and 60% resist to ken. and 11-12k health and my lvl 69 12k ham ar1 high resist's are going to be worthless after the crap CU ? Oh boy I hope someone doesnt do this to CH.... I spent millions on my pets (including pre nerfs, lvl 10's ect.. ) To have all that wasted money due to not being able to control them as a master CH will to say the least make me really mad.

Just reminded me of the first temp i made when i got BE in TC.....5500 resists to all(except vuln to stun)....Turned out a nice level 192 medium armorRazor cat with only110-220 damage=D

So just to be clear, is it now impossible to make a high HAM, high resist CL12 pet for CHs to level with? Or is it only impossible to make such pets with Armour(which no longer does anything anyway)?

i made a 5k ham gnort that did 110-190 damage....with kinetic resitance "8"(whatever that means, i'm guessing crap since player armor has values of over 5k)...that was also Control levell 8.

I imagine it would be good to Give a Newb CH to level up a bit.....but it isn't a whole lot better then what a Nov.CH could tame.
