if you need milk for the creature mods you need to find a duper.

Chefs with mixology 1have a schematic that is called "blue milk". The kicker of course it that it requires "regular" milk as an ingredient to make it, lol. BE's should take consolation that there is at least one profession much more broken and neglected than ours.

I see bartenders claim to be able to sell you milk but so far all they will give me is tatooine sunburns. anyone have any better luck with them?

Never mind found one that would sell me milk,.....BUT ITS BLUE.....
