Just reloaded SWG and need DNA sample macro.

Can someone please describe macro? And isnt it time that BEs had this in their menu anyway?

I'm not sure if you had something more complex, but you get into the actions menu ctrl+a and hit the macro tab. Hit new macro down at the bottom, give it a name, picck out a picture, and then in the bottom text box put /sampledna that's it.

Watch for the Caps, I use this macro in a noob trash zone.

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;/follow;/pause 5;/sampleDna;/pause 10;(this is kinda stupid but I do a /tell after the pause 10 to tell me it is done, just so I hear the beep)

You can loop this if you want just do /ui action toolbarSlot00 (00=F1,23=F24<if you use two rows>

By no means will this allow you to go afk, but you can type emails or craft a bit.

You guys will flame me for sharing this next macro, but I created it to see if it was possible to stand in one place and get CH xp. The pause times vary withdifferent pets, but the goal is to make sure your pets never run out too far (otherwise they will not come back). Also, you get to harvest because your pets run back to you while the creature is aggro. Again you cannot go afk with this, nor would I suggest that, read the EULA.
