Do I need Both Scout(Hunting) An Medic(Organic Chemistry ) to become A Bio Engineer, or can I just follow one of them?

You need both skill lines to qualify for Novice Bio-Engineer.

You'll need both.

If you're planning on mastering it, expect to go through at least 80,000 meat and 180,000 flora to do so.
