Thread: New clone system too vague? Is this how it works ?
Ok, bear with me a minute. I just saw Talthazar's website of the new system and I am alittle confused and concerned. If I understand the cloning process correctly it works something like this:
DNA DNA Template
Hardiness and Fortitude =Physique Profile
Dexterity and Endurance = Prowess Profile
Intellect and Cleverness = Mental Profile
Dependability and Courage = Psychological Profile
Fierceness and Power = Aggression Profile
The 2 dna values combine on the dna template to create HAM values, aggression, and damage. How the values are weighted in the final combine and how different quality dna affects this I don't know.
Ok,what I am not seeing on Tal's website is anyway to control armor, resists and clvl. I am assuming you can controlclvl with in the limits of the model by using combinations of different levels of DNA, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to tell. As for armor and resists I am at a loss. That Rancormade with Faamba threw me.The resists on theFaambadna isn't even closeto what was produced in theRancor made with all Faamba. Seems like there should be another stepor catagory to work onarmor resists.
