So my guild chef just made me a sample of Vasarian Brandy withoutany bio-tissues are added. The results were :-
Modifiers: +218 mind/focus/willpower
stomach filling: 49 (you can drink 2 back to back)
duration: 36 mins
I believe that with BE medium tissues that can be improved by over 50%. This should be a huge aid to the DNA sampling excursions.

I've tried blue milk and the brandy. I think the brandy is much better. By getting the subs moded my mind bar recharges faster making the whole sampling thing go a lot faster and since I'm also a novice riflemen (to protect myself in the field), and all my rifleman specials seem to hit the mind bar the heaviest it's perfect for me. I also use the port for crafting since it increases you next experimentation results.

With good medium additives you can increase that by 85%+.
But Blue Milk might be even better. Try both out, see which one lets you minimize your downtime. Brandy will probably win because of the Focus/Willpower mods.
And if you want to be completely prepared, add some food: Ahrisa to buff Focus (makes dnasampling cost less) or Synthsteak to reduce the damage of any attacks you might face.

I tried the Brandy for DNA sampling last night and it was wonderful! I think it was about +380 in the stats, and I had no problem at all with my blue bar staying full, even with only taking one drink. My stomach was also completely empty by the time it wore off, so it is easy to keep a continuous buff.
I think that the price will probably stabilize around 1K per drink, which is really not bad considering it lasts almost 40 minutes.
It would be good to find a food to help with your green bar. I had to stim myself a few times to bring it up, but luckily I had plenty of blue to work with!

Ahrisa complements brandy nicely for DNA sampling, especially since it's a food not a drink. It adds 150-250 focus for about 45 minutes with a filling of 30ish. Personally I use a brandy and an ahrisa made with use multiplying bio enhancement, it's very affordable. Brandy with hyper yeast concentrate has 65+ uses per bottle!
