Thread: Got me a Kusak

I bought a BE Kusac last night for 20 k.Its a level 37 with 60 k Kinetic resist, light armor and almost 11000 ham, with damage in the range of about 350 - 480 and with a special two of strong poison (cant remembe what the special one is. Also got a Gurreck that is level 39 with 35 kinetic resist, light armor and a little less damage than the Kusac (I saw it first or I would have just gotten the Kusac). What do ya think, did I get a couple of good ones? Seems better than my Graul Mauler.

The CL is determined *from* the stats, so no, you can never get a creature with the same stats at lower CL. But what you can get is a pet at lower CL that is more specialized and may serve a specific purpose as well as a higher level one.
For example, if all you care about is kinetic tanking, then yea, a BE can give you one in the low CL 20's that has the same armor, resists, and HAM but obliterates other resists, damage, to-hit, and attack speed. That may server you just as well for that purpose, but no, it's not the same.

Yes you can can the same stats into a lower CL pet - I've done it, CL is not determined purely by stats

I been doing some reading on the forums and now Im thinking I could have gotten a pet of less CL with the same stats. What do ya think?

For the kusak u could have gotton one with same stats or higher with lower cl but for wut u paid that is very good he didnt even charge 1k per cl so that is good. nice pets!
