Well...how much things have changed!
1) Firstly, has the original plan of "You create a creature's stats and then put it in a skin" been implemented yet?
2) If so, how exactly does it work?
3) Mounts. Whats the exact process to make one? How much do critters grow now? When do you train them? How do you choose the CL etc etc?
4) What creatures are mountable, what are their CLsand how old do they have to be?
5) Is the BE actuallyenjoyable now, as opposed to the state of the profession last August/September?
6) What's still broken? Which critters are still none tamable? Any tissues that dont work?
9) (The biggy) What are 'average' prices for 'average' critters nowadays?
Thanks in advance, it took me 2 full weeks to make it to Master BE from the day of release (yeah, I played a LOT) so having been a master for so long, its a little embarrassing having to ask such simple questions. Well....thanks
1) yes, you create a average of the combination of dna stats and experiement in traites you want to encourage.
2) see above.
3) you create a normal creature but put the generic dna template into the mount body, which includes, Bol, spat, dewback, kaadu, famaplaust and that other one i cant remmber. debacks/bols have to be at least 50% the spats need to be at least 80% the other i forget since i dont bother with them.
4) see above.
5) BE is the most enjoyable Crafting profession in the game due to the fact that you have more control but also have less control and also leave lot of things to Chance and intuition. personally i have had the most fun in the last month than i have in the last close to a year combined
6) there is one clone body that is broke its one of the uncommon average coolness body sorry i cant remmber but i remmber its a dog or a cat body. Tissuse that are bugged were removed, all tissues cap at +25, no piece of clothing can go above +25 per piece, tissues dont stack with in cloth, cloths dont stack with in clothing. clothing does stack with other clothing and also with food buffs .
7) i have seen them go as high as 500k, personally i use a formula that seems to be roughly 2K a CL. I dont base my formula on CL it just seems that my formula predicts the CL sorta heh
I have four accounts of which my BE is the most entertaining and most rewarding. at the end of the day you kinda feel you actually made something instead of clicking on some boxes. customer actually appreciate your work when you put effort into it it shows on your final product.
