A guy I know in game asked me for a special order the other night.
cl10, kinetic, energy and blast resists, and strong posion as a special (he knows this sp is broken)
Hes not that fussed over very high resists...it is important that it has all 3 though
I'm stumped =)...got to a 7th Gen pet last night (after losing ALL my work previously at 6th Gen...aaaargh).
The problem is the 3 resists...plus strong poison.
so far Ive got to cl9, with 3k ham, 20 ish resists to kinetic and blast, strong poison.
Anyone any ideas? I dont normally ask, but after destroying my 6th gen pet on its first resample..and getting no samples out of it..I got a bit despondant over this order =)
p.s He knows I have no intention of cranking out some uber non-CH monster, but soemthing around the std VD/HP recipe would be ok..subject the the above requirements

Well, the first thing I would do is ignore the specials and focus on resists. when you get resists where you need them, slice in a VHQ sample with it's special 2 as strong poison into psych and make sure aggression is only HQ or less... Then you have your special without messing with pet level too much.

Hmm...I just did some experiments with Mantigrue Reaper (MR)and Giant Angler (GA)trying to make some decent CL22 pets with Strong Poison.
I used: MR-MR-GA-GA-GA
I don't have the HAM in front of me, but I seem to remember 6-7k, Damage around 250...have to look to be sure though...
Specials are: Strong Poison and Blind, and Ranged Attack
Resists:
K=38
En=26
Bl=46
H=20
C=46
El=13
A=46
S=13
I haven't tried generational cloning on this yet, so I don't know how low the CL will go, but it might be something to look at for the resists and specials.
Got the GA DNA on Yavin and the MR on Endor.
