What would the stars be around in chef additive with this carnivore meat:

Stars? I assume you mean stats.
It is impossible to tell what you would get as you need to factor flora into that. I will say however, thatit isn't a particularly high quality meat, so don't expect very high stats.
If you want to find out what a resource will make, then the followingpage is useful:

You will, however need to put the values for flora in.

That meat is pretty dreadful. OQ is weighted at 50% of the value, and DR isn't used at all, so that meat is pretty awful. If it were me, I'd only use such meat for making +13 active bio sensors.
