I like Tailor/BE personally 
You can make your own tissues for your enhanced items. The same goes for chef though, and honestly it is a much more profitable profession than tailor. A lot of people have enjoyed playing creature handler with BE as well I understand, though I don't personally have the patience for it.

Depends what you want do with BE.
Tailor, Ranger, CH, Merchant, Rifles, TKA, Chef are all good in their different respects.

Try Chef. Works nicely for enhanced foods. Hope this helped.

Some of these answers are more along the lines of "what BE goes good with" and not what you asked. My personal template, I picked up a Combat Profession (swordswoman), and some extra Medic. I'm a competent hunter that way, and provide for myself most of the time.

Im TKM together with MBE, that way i can go sample things unbuffed and dont get killed when things get bad...

I hear MBE Master Dancers are some of the 1337t characters around. After your done with that you should become a TKM/MF/Medic 4440 or as close as you can get. Then come back and we will tell you what else you should do in the game to have fun... oh yeah and buy JTL so you have something to do until they fix the combat revamp.
No offense Mr. poster, and I will foreworn you we BE's have indeed masteredour profession so we are now more philasophical than anything, but anyway... I can see the I am a _______ and thinking about becoming a MBE does anyone know of problems with that... or I really enjoy making pets and am thinking of becomming a ranger (post of the week) is it really benificial enough to merit the skill points. Or if I become a Master Hammer swinger will I be able to meet my meat gathering needs... stuff like that, but to ask others what to do so you can have fun in a game? Orto be thinking aboutMasteringBE and another profession you don't know to accent it... it just doesn't make sense. Unless you enjoy making pets and or being crafting monkeyand being the most encombered of all professions in the trade market... BE may not be for you.
You should get MBE first see if you like it then see what you like about it most and ask your question again... but chances are you will find the answers you seek from within by the time you have DNA 3.
