Its sad but true, most chefs I've spoken too will only accept the best of the best (87 minimum) but dont want to pay the price it would cost to make them that good

On Valcyn I have no problem selling anything 85 or above, I just need to price them considerably lower than 87+'s; which I price at a premiumsince most established chefs can afford it and still make a nice profit. There always seems to bea new crop of Chef's looking for more affordable products I can sell to, Perhaps a little advertising on the trade forums or auction channel would serve you well.
One last thought, if your full run is in a backpack consider selling them individuallyby the crate, this will also attract newer chefs or those on a budget looking to make a small run.

And those with full backpacks
40 crates in a backpack is 41 items in your inventory whereas 40 crates is only 40 items heh. Most chefs coming to my vendor will either make several runs if they live close or just buy 15 or so crates at a time.

I've had a full run of +85 BSNs on my vendor for a LONG time now, and nobody seems inclined to buy them. I was wondering if anybody else has this same sort of problem, the attitude that the additives just aren't 'good enough'. Then again, I don't think my vendor is really well-known enough either ... but the thing that brought this to a head was a chef looking for +88 BSNs, nothing less would do, when I had a number of +87s on that same vendor. He wants them for brandy, that should be a bonus of 2-3 points in strength...
