O.k. at first I thought this guy was serious. But I'm really starting to question that.

If its all some sort of hoax-joke thing, I'm not sure what the point is other than to mess around with the BE community.

Here are a few reasons I think it may not be for real:

1) Although there may be some new creature handlers out there that don't know a Kaadu froma Kimogila and being new, may not know that 20,000,000 credits is an unheard of price for a pet. Anyone with that kind of credits laying around isn't going to be a newbie. They're going to know a little bit about the profession and what to spend or in this case, what NOT to spend for a pet.

2) The insulting and be-littling the entire BE community. This person has made comments about how everyone in this profession is a "monster masher" and his pets are without a doubt far superior to any pet made before his time. Well, this is just a rediculous statement. Maybe he's got a "friend(s)" who is a BE and he's just trying to have some fun with them? who knows...

3) The Ni-Tech Industries MBE guide... Have you read this? Its about 50% nonsense. After thinking about it, I'm beginning to doubt this guy has even played a Bio Engineer.

4) He claims he personally is responsible for some sort of recent increase in pet quality across all servers. Again, this is another rediculous statement. I don't believe that anyone could be this ignorant of the profession while claiming to be its saviour.



Again I'm really not sure of what the point would be with a hoax like this other than to pull someone's chain, but the evidence is really starting to point that direction.

Well, if Ripley's followed SWG this guy would be in it. He, and unfortunately his prices are very real, I'm a competing MBE on his server. But i will say, his customers are real too. I've seen morethana few with his pets, ( of course he and his "company" labels and pre-names them ) willing to pay those ridiculous prices. However, I won't complain much, as i think thats one reason my business has been so good! In fact he sent me an email, stating hes "noticed my work", and wanted to recruit me. I'm actually impressed this time he was willing to share his some abouttechniques, and I can appreciate that. It was a nice change from his previous posts. Though,I noticed toothat 50%over explained vaugary with some common knowledge peppered in. But hey, its one step off his pedastool.

Actually Ni-Tech is very real.... I bought a couple of his pets when I was new to CH...i had played a while as other proffesions and hadn't payed attention to CH or pets and prices at all. But you are wrong about him being burnt out. I happen to know some one who is friends with him and he said acording to Ni-Tech he has an alt. character who is already a master BE...so I think we will still be seeing his pets being sold in the galaxy....Just rhought you should know.

Nova I dont know if you like or dis-like Ni-Tech. I personally dont have an opinion about him either way. But I would suggest that just because he said Ni-Tech industies is closing its doors doesn't mean his alt isn't still building and making pets under a different industry name. He has taken alot of flack on the forums and I am sure it has hurt his business in some way. theres no easyer way to get around that then to use your unknown character and do it under a completely different industry name. Just some friendly advice from some one wit ha little insider info.

Well I don't suppose it matters one way or another. If he is not making claims that are false and building his business on the backs ofother BE'sthen nobody will feel compelled to correct him.

I just read the last thing he said after I offered to help. To the other two of you Nitech isn't going away so get used to it or something like that.

I'm just so tired of the guy. Why should I waste hours of my time trying to help someone who doesn't respect me. Forget his stupid document - I'm off to dathomir.

Ni-Tech was a BE that was one part eager noob, a little bit entrepreneur and 100% ego. Sadly, like most bright hot stars, Ni-Tech burned himself out quickly and has left the realm of the BE. Perhaps now he is offering sage advice on the AS or WS forums. Maybe he is single handedly rewriting droid engineer. It is even possible that he has gone jedi to bring a needed light of hope and reason to that sad and lonely fellowship. Where ever you are Ni-Tech the BE community will always remember.
