Actually thats not too shabby using only post-CU subcomponents. You are above the 90% mark of whats possible.
Yeah, you're fine with those. FS Crafting Mastery would increase your chances of amazing successes (well, and the mythical 'Critical Failure') which is convenient if you try to get the most out of your schematics. I can squeeze out 20 charges (while maxing power in everything) by getting amazing successes. With only greats on the components and the stims themselves I'd probably get around 17 charges.
So anyway, if you want more power you'll have to upgrade your resources. And unless other BEs on your server are producing MUCH better stims (and asEskie said, there's not much room for improvement) I wouldn't worry about it.
That's still pretty decent meat. If your Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel is as good or better than you should be getting 60+ power on your ACRDMs. On my server, the best herb meat and the best Class 4 only get me 66 power. The reason I can break 1200 is because I have 994 OQ, 994 PESeeds(Dant berries to be precise, so they give me a bit more power on the ALS's too) and 972 OQ Tat Fiberplast. I get around 990 power on my stims right there with 65 power ACRDMs, 73 power ABECs and 74 power ALSs adding in the rest. But I was a crafting Doc well before the CU and have been collecting the best resources I could find for almost a year. If I had started crafting stims more recently there's be no practical way I could get those same #'s.
You know, based on the # of charges your competitor has on his/her stims I would kinda think that they were made with pre-CU ALS's. I could be wrong, that would explain the very high power with so few charges. I wouldthink even a 10pt BE with resources good enough to get 1195 power(using post-CU components)should be getting more than 13 charges/uses. If that's the case then its a limited time thing (unless they have a lot of pre-CU schematics) and once they're gone their stims will take a huge hit.
Anyway, I still think your stims are fine. If you're getting 18 charges with fairly high power you're definately doing something right.
