I have seen people write things like: I'm a 12 point BE.
What are points and how do you find out how many points you are????
Like the title say's : More dumb noob questions.....SORRY!!!!

At master BE you have 100 experimentaion skill, this gives 10 points to put into experimenting on a crafted item, you can get medical experimentation tapes to put into clothes that give you bonuses to experimentation, every 10 points you have extra gives you one more point of experientation with the cap being 12 points, that's what a 12 point crafter is.

you get extra points from medical exp CA's... you get an extra point of experimentaion for every 10 point mod you have.. with a max of 2 extra points
