Im on Ahazi and I need help getting higher level DNA with a Master, anyone able to help. Let me know and I'd be happy to pay for the time. Its hard getting recipes together with my limit on Sampling for lvl 70 pets so I want to make a few huge runs and stock up on some really good DNA. Thanks!

This really belongs in your galaxy forum, which would probably get a better response. But on a more general note, most MBE pet crafters aren't going to sell DNA. I recall long and long ago a discussion regarding the viability of a DNA market. An early developer envisioned a market for DNA. It never materialized however. Simple reason is that the customer is another BE that has the abilities to obtain the product for themselves for free.
Think of it along the lines of a creature handler selling pets to another creature handler.
What you may want to do is concentrate on your niche, which is mid range twins or lower level tripplets. As a master CH with the new abilities system, twinsand tripplets can actually be a better option than one CL70 animal. You'll have a higher DPS with twins, not to mention you'll have more specials at your control.

I'd be more worried about your lack of experimentation and assembly than by your DNA limits.
