I think anyone who bought more than one account, before they even knew if they liked the game is at least a little bit irresponsible.

no ... they read the box ...and upon installing it on thier computer they read the install screens ... with things like "adventure as part of a group .... or alone" yet the devs are doing everything possible to make liars out of the concept of swg .... on release day it was alot closer to the truth.

How was it irresponcible to belive what you read when you installed the game.

When i started the game i bought a single copy ... as i ran around i saw need for a dedicated healer, hence my second account ... this was not unreasonable thinking ... in time that dedicated healer became a MD/MBE.

The irrosponcibility (sp) is on the part of the dev team ... in having not fixed the classes to AT LEAST a working condition ... our obligation was to pay and play ... thiers was to develop a working product ... we have payed and played ... we still do not even have a working product *cough* server shutdowns every night*cough* much less all classes playable to thier imagined (or even documented) concepts.

Let me get this straight. You are calling the developers liars when they suggest that you could "adventure as part of a group." But, to avoid actually being a part of a group, you buy a second account so you can have your own permanent healer? Sounds to me like your are doing everything you can to pervert the whole idea of adventuring in a group. How is that the developer's fault?

Who cares how many accounts the guy had. He bought the game, had high hopes for the game, played the game, realized the game isn't what it advertised, and cancelled his account.

He could have had 2 thousand accounts. How does that matter? The point is he cancelled.

Wow ... good job on hearing what you wanted to hear .... re-read the post ... and remember its people like you that keep others from grouping .... nice tude

The devs stated part of a group OR solo ... it is the solo aspect of the game that they are killing ... and are forcing the group game ... it is the developers fault as you say, because they are not suggesting it, rather they are forcing it ... that was the point of my point. The pretty loading pictures say you can solo .. the more the crybabies cry the less that is true.

I group on a nightly basis am a founding member of a fairly good size PA , and a developmental partner for a premier city on the flurry server ... i acctually enjoy the people i play the game with, but hey ... good job on jumping to conclusions **edit**.

Remeber you were the one that came here with an attitude. Whats wrong with you as a person, do you have jealousy issues against people who have the time, money, computers, and talent to play multiple characters simultaneously ?Can you not merely wish someone well ... you place blameon the player, after months we still have classes that do not work from release , and servers that cannot run stable for more than 24 hrs. It really is a sad thing when someone leaves this game. No matter how much they play the game they have made friendships and they will be missed (well maybe you won't , but the original poster that cared enough to at least say good bye to the community probly does).

I call Devs liars when they lie. Not when they give suggestions ... if you read the book that came with the game and look at the game we play today, the two games are not the same. Things like saying it is a skill based game and not a class based game ... since the release that has changed dramatically. I am not angry about the changes to the game ... in some instances i see the validity to them ... not most, but some.( i might even agree to more if they were not balancing classes againstclasses they have not bothered to fix)

The only part of this post thus far that has ruffled my feathers is your poor attitude, half baked theories, lack of reading comp. and general bad attitude.

Actually I am not the one with the attitude. I am the one who is still enjoying the game immensly. I am the one who will be playing the game for months or years to come, because there is still so much I want to do and try. I am not the one whining at every little thing that doesn't go my way.

Wow guy where i come from thats called a big ASS-umption. Who said i bought both game same time or even hated this game? I think the irrepsonible thing is guessing at someone's reason for doing something, then making a judgement based on that assumption. I left because i dont believe in supporting this game anymore. I bought my second acct 1 month ago. FIVE months after i started playing. I mastered bio/ch/medic/artisan/tailor and chef.

Spare me ok? This is the only group out of all the professions that i wanted to correspond with for GOOD reasons. I have been playing MMORPG's since they began, star wars does not measure up to and i am tired of paying (in canadian funds) so add 25% to the price monthly for a game that ignores its client base. I will miss chatting with alot of you..

Had to peak back =)

FYI previous post was made by me. Loggin in with wrong ID. Also stop picking ppl apart dood. If she wants to be self - sufficient AND wants to play in a group man.. whats the problem. Cant believe some people. When you buy something that is SUB-standard, it is your RIGHT to complain.

You are part of the reason games like this will be around for a long time.
