I keep hearing Debris piles are the best way to find milk.

Could anyone list some way points here?

I heard Talus "Cat City" debris piles mentioned before...anyone have a wp for that?

They mean that some containers have an uncommonly high chance of containing resources. It's not just debris but any container found in dungeons or whatever. The fact they said debris is just because the Talus animal village has containers which commonly contain resources as loot, they could be anything but it doesn't mean that all debris follows the same rules.

The gungan ruin pyramid looking thingy outside keren has a debris pile on top of it

It's west of keren about 1500-2k m.. not sure of exact wp, I'd have to look ingame.

After 4 days of Talus I came away with some mollusk and that is about it. Talked with a few other people and they have same thing to say. Not even many hunters out there now as they changed the layout some. Any other good spots? Guess I'll try the nightsister battlefield next.
