I think there is one in Mos Entha. Not sure. The one I have used is in Coronet, around the outside wall of the bank, right next to the CH one.

Not Entha,that'sthe CH trainer on Tat and he is at the Med center in Entha. The BE trainer on Tat is outside the Cloning Center in Bestine.

There is one in Bestine near the cloning place...they are always really expensive...
