My question is, is the clothing made with a scent neutralization modifier stackable? In other words, can I have+25 cloak, shirt and pants to give me a total of +75 scent neutralization?

The total cap is +25 per stat. Right now if you have clothing that adds up to more than that it shows up when you examine your character, but only +25 counts.
